In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, I am honored to host the "Recipe of Resilience" workshop at the Englewood Library. We’ll put on our chef’s hats and dive right into the literary kitchen to discover the secret "ingredients" that make each one of us so unique. I’ll lead children in a fun exploration of how we "construct" strength by blending heritage, tradition, and perseverance. Together, we’ll whip up our own special spice recipe that resides in each one of us.
